Privacy Policy — Orbit Rebounded
Last updated: 21 October 2026
About this policy
CSHDevelopment provides Orbit Rebounded (Android package com.orbitrebounded.game). This policy covers version 0.6.0 and later releases with Google AdMob banner advertising. Earlier versions up to 0.5.1 have no active advertising or advertising SDK. For privacy questions, contact info@cshuk.co.uk.
Information stored on your device
The game saves personal best scores, daily scores, best chains, collected-target totals, unlocked cosmetic styles, your selected style and sound preference locally in the app’s storage. This information is used to restore progress and preferences between sessions. It is not sent to CSHDevelopment or other players. The current release does not require an account or provide an active online leaderboard.
Collection and sharing
Scores and gameplay records remain on your device and are not uploaded to a CSHDevelopment server. The game does not access your precise location, contacts, camera or microphone. Advertising services process the information described below. CSHDevelopment does not sell your saved game progress.
Storage, retention and deletion
Local progress remains in the app’s private storage until it is cleared or the app is uninstalled. Android’s app storage controls protect this data from ordinary access by other apps. You can delete it through Android Settings → Apps → Orbit Rebounded → Storage → Clear storage (wording varies by device), or by uninstalling the game. Deleting it resets saved progress and preferences. CSHDevelopment has no server copy to restore.
Support enquiries
If you email info@cshuk.co.uk, CSHDevelopment receives your email address and any information you choose to include. This is used to answer your enquiry and resolve the issue, not for advertising. Email is processed by the email service providers used to send and receive the message. Support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle the enquiry and any related legal obligations. You can use the same address to request deletion of your correspondence, subject to those obligations. Do not send sensitive information or passwords.
Advertising and privacy choices
Version 0.6.0 includes Google AdMob banner ads. Google’s Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares information such as your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), device identifiers, interactions with the app and advertisements, and diagnostic information. Google uses this information for advertising, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. Because the game includes children in its audience, every ad request is configured for child-directed treatment and general-audience (G-rated) ad content. Personalised advertising is disabled for every player. The Android advertising ID permission and Privacy Sandbox advertising permissions are removed from this app. The app includes Google’s User Messaging Platform to obtain and manage required privacy choices. The consent system is told that all users are under the age of consent, so children are not asked to consent to personalised ads. An Ad privacy choices button appears only if Google requires one for the configuration. Ads are requested only when Google’s consent system permits requests. Child-directed, non-personalised ads still involve advertising-related processing such as delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Closing the banner hides it for the current session; it does not revoke consent or delete information already processed. The space reserved for ads remains to keep the game layout steady. You can play the game offline. No separate Firebase Analytics SDK or online leaderboard is enabled. Google explains its partner data practices at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and its privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Advertising data security, retention and controls
Google states that information transmitted by its Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. Google controls retention of information it processes under its privacy policies; clearing the game’s storage does not delete information already held by Google. You can review the in-app Ad privacy choices where available, use Android’s advertising ID controls to reset or delete that identifier, and consult Google’s privacy controls at https://myadcenter.google.com/ and https://policies.google.com/privacy. For privacy enquiries relating to CSHDevelopment, contact info@cshuk.co.uk. We will update this policy before introducing additional online services with different data practices.
Children’s privacy
The current game does not ask children or other players to submit personal information. If you believe a child has sent personal information to CSHDevelopment through a support message, contact info@cshuk.co.uk so the matter can be reviewed and the information deleted where appropriate.
Google Play and Android
Google Play and the Android operating system may process information under their own policies, independently of the game’s local storage. This policy describes CSHDevelopment’s handling of information through Orbit Rebounded and support enquiries.
Changes and contact
Updates to this policy will be published with a revised date. For questions or privacy requests, email CSHDevelopment at info@cshuk.co.uk.
